Un Chein andalou

So this is probably the shortest film iv'e ever watched, 17 minutes long I believe....and what a surprise it is also probably the strangest film iv'e ever watched, it literally made NO sense. BUT this was the whole idea of the film! Why anyone would do this I have no idea, but apparently it was made to provoke an emotional response?? It was a Spanish, silent film released in 1929, by a director who was also a play writer, poet and an author. This film consisted of a surrealist movement, which without this ever being invented, pop music videos wouldn't exist today. I don't get that either, but its still good to know.
